About

AQUARIOUS designs and manufactures swimming pools to private and public clients. Our pools can be made in any size or shape, and are made in robust, environmental-friendly and durable materials requiring a minimum of maintenance. We use composites as our primary construction material, characterized by a very small carbon footprint compared to similar solutions in concrete and/or steel. Our products are hence corrosion-free.

The AQUARIOUS team was instrumental in the development and fabrication of the first floating pool in Norway, which was installed in the City of Arendal in 2016. The prototype pool in composite materials is the first of its kind in the World. Together with our key partners, AQUARIOUS has now developed the next generation of composite pools, with significant improvements compared to the prototype, giving our clients increased quality and flexibility.

AQUARIOUS can offer pool solutions on a turn-key basis, where our standard pools are designed to comply with international standards such as FINA. We can also build pools taylor-made to your specific needs.  Feel free to contact us if you see an opportunity for our pool solutions in your area.

Solutions

Floating pools

We supply floating swimming pools in composite materials, typically 25 x 12.5 m (L x W). Our floating pools are robust, low-weight, movable and maintenance-free with a low carbon footprint. Our floating pools will be delivered on a plug-and-play basis, with simple interfaces.

Onshore pools

We supply indoor or outdoor land-based pools in composite materials in any size, from simple training pools to full-size competition pools. Our onshore pools are supplied in modules that are assembled locally. Our onshore pools are robust, with a reduced carbon footprint compared with alternative construction materials.

Outdoor swimming

Outdoor swimming in warm water is cool, fun and comfortable, and we offer pools that can be placed either onshore or floating in the sea. Our floating pool solutions can hence be installed in city centres, without any high cost for the land or for property development, and can be a great step towards generating more activity in the city and at the same time increase public health and swimming ability.

Based on our flexible technology platform for pools and floating buildings, it is basically just imagination that limits what such a floating facility can contain. With a module-based approach, each facility can be made unique, and become a tailormade attraction for citizens and visitors. We know that increased swimming ability is a life-saver, and we see it as an imortant task for us to make low-cost and popular swimming pools more available to kids in cities all over the World. Our pools are lightweight, and can be shipped to any port.
